Our latest innovation at REMECH can be summed up as an innovation in ongoing operation.

For the first time, the automated assembly of doors during ongoing operation was developed and realized at our own innovation centre. This new solution sets the basis for further innovations in the area of "automated assembly of attachment parts during ongoing operation."

REMECH implemented a complete marriage incl. gear assembly, automated module warehouse and chassis pre-assembly for VW Saxony for the models VW Golf and Passat. We thereby managed a complex task within a strict time frame. The team managed to optimize specific processes and thereby raise efficiency and lower costs. REMECH has successfully received a recertification according to ISO 9001:2008, proving that precision and quality are not only top business goals but also are put into practice. At the beginning of 2016, REMECH has conducted a repeat audit following the ISO 9001:2008 and was successfully recertified for the “development and manufacturing of automated production systems for the automotive industry and similar areas” by TÜV Hessen

The Hanover Trade Fair 2014 proved to be a great success for REMECH. In the Future Forum of the Siemens trade fair stand, REMECH as a 100% subsidiary used a central model for the automotive industry to demonstrate its comprehensive competences in the body shop using the example of the automatic assembly of the door hinge and doors and the internal conveyor systems for various vehicle models. The REMECH model proved to be a crowd puller and received broad coverage in numerous news broadcasts and other media.
